I plan to Kaiser Permanente as my reporting. What kind of doctor should I speak? How do I remove them? Any information is helpful. Not great, but it is there and makes me very aware and ruin my sex with my boyfriend. Help!

Normally, you can take care of your doctor for him. He numbed the area and then simply cut off. If small enough, you can not with a bucket of ice, scissors and a bandage. I met people who have done the same.
External Hemroids are removed easily and painlessly. This is a procedure entry and exit. Your doctor can provide detailed information. Good luck!
Consult a plastic surgeon or perhaps a dermatologist on. A regular MD May is sufficient and at least advise you or refer you to a specialist.
